This is the logo for the Nebraska Cornhuskers football team. I wanted to see what it would look
like if I reversed the colors. I think they both look pretty good.

I found this pattern on another web site [which I now cant find, of course] but it was
larger than the barrett I wanted to put it on. I reworked it twice until it was the size I
needed. I used size 11 seed beads for this, as they are heavier than Delicas and I wanted
the fringe to really swing when the person moved. I scanned this before I attached it to
the barrette. I first sewed it to a piece of thin leather, then glued that to the barrett with
goop glue. It turned out really nice.

this was fun to do. I used Delicas, in a shiny purple and a silver lined silver, alternating
the rows. You can barely tell the silver is in there unless you really look at it.
