You can also buy the recommended yarn at the Lion Brand web site, http://www.lionbrand.com Be aware that it costs about $5 a yarn, but the yarn is so soft and works up so well, it suits these shawls, so it's a shame to use anything else. You can find my version of this pattern on my patterns to print page 3, here. It's not 'better' or 'easier', just a different way to make the same type of shawl. I get bored easily, so need to change how I do things at times. :-)
